About Katie and Her Practice
I have been in the field for over 10 years and have learned that a secure, supportive environment, built on a foundation of trust, is essential to the healing process. I am inspired by cognitive, somatic, and behavioral approaches to support your healing and growth. I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs, ensuring that our work together aligns with your personal goals and pace. Together, we can help you find more peace and fulfillment in your life.
Whether you want to heal from past pain or make meaningful changes, I am here to support your journey toward strong mental health. I work with individual adults 17 and older and provide both telehealth and in-person sessions. I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, and Tufts Commercial plans.
Life can be challenging, and at times, we all need a little guidance and support. You might be considering therapy to help you through a difficult season, to better understand and manage your symptoms, to deepen your self-awareness, or to build stronger connections—with yourself and with others. Therapy offers a space to slow down and come into the present moment. It can help interrupt unhelpful patterns, heal intergenerational wounds, support your evolving sense of self, and provide a safe, grounded place to explore the experiences that may be unsettling your inner calm.
If you’re ready to start, I invite you to reach out. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation. Please reach out via the website or email. Look forward to connecting with you.

A Bit More About Me:
When I’m not in the office, you can find me playing with my kids, listening to an audiobook, or moving my body—whether it’s through a yoga practice or a walk in the neighborhood with my rescue pit-mixes. And I love my local coffee shop's oat milk latte - brings a smile to my day.
